How to Get Paid for Your Disability


In order to fill out the Social Security Disability application as accurately as possible, be sure to have the following information available:

  • The Social Security Number (SSN) of the applicant
  • Contact information for doctors, caseworkers, hospitals and clinics that have taken care of them
  • Medical records that prove or explain their disability
  • Laboratory and test results
